Your photos will be ready to view in an in person viewing session in Beverly Hills - all decision makers are invited to intend (but we ask that you leave the kiddos at home). What time of Day works best for you?

Location and Portrait Terms and Details
Portrait Sessions may be held at your home or on location within a 10 mile radius of Beverly Hills. If you request a location outside the 10 mile radius, travel fees may apply. Kids Sessions last 45 minutes and Family Sessions last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the ages of your children. If additional time is required or requested at your session, it will be billed at $100 per hour. Attendance at your session is limited to those being photographed. Cameras of any kind are not permitted at your session. Please respect this request as additional camera are distracting to all... The client agrees and understands that the type of work produced will be of similar style and caliber to the images shown on www.katiebphoto.com. You will be shown 25 to 50 images to make your selections from. Unexpected illnesses or (the rare possibility of) bad weather might cause us to postpone your session - we are happy to reschedule your session within one month of your originally scheduled date. For re-scheduling within 48 hours of your session, a $150 re-scheduling fee may be charged.
Proofing and Ordering
Your images will be ready to proof in an in person consultation in Beverly Hills within fourteen business days of your session. Family and friends are welcome to attend this session if they wish to place their own order and/or their presence will assist you. Your order (and a 75% deposit) will be taken during your consultation. We currently accept cash, checks or payment via paypal (an additional 2.9% will be charged to cover their fees). If you require an additional proofing session, time will be billed at $100/hour. If you are unable to schedule your ordering session within 15 days of your images being ready, your images will go into storage and there will be a $100 fee to pull them back out again. Your order may be picked up within 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. Messenger services are available starting at $25... Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. Due to the large amount of storage space required for today's digital imagery, unordered images will be stored 7 days after your ordering session. There is a $100 fee to pull them out should you wish to order them in the future. All unordered images are purged six months after your session. You may reorder images at any time as long as they are still in our system. There is a $250 minimum purchase on re-orders. Should you require an additional in-person consultation, there is a $250 minimum.
Copyright, Reproduction and Release
The client agrees that all copyrights and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at the session shall be held exclusively by Katie B. Photography. It is a violation of federal copyright law to reprint, duplicate, scan or alter photos taken by Katie B. Photography without written permission. By signing this agreement you agree not to scan, copy or reproduce images in any manner without a written release. High resolution files are available for purchase with the rights to reproduce these images, however their copyright will continue to be held by Katie B. Photography. Katie B. Photography reserves the right to use any images for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to her website, blog and Facebook. Katie respects your privacy and if you wish for your images to remain private, please just say so!
